This job was a bit unusual, the customer asked if we could produce adhesive patches for an Omnipod CGM pump. The pump has to be changed regularly and a new patch applied each time, official patches are expensive and 3rd party patches are hit and miss quality wise.
The patches are made using Sport Tape, which is both skin safe and durable. The customer has already provided feedback that the patches are working well and are a lot more cost effective than the official patches.
We are looking to put the patches on general sale shortly and can also look to produce patches for other pumps on request.
